基于MATLAB求解托盘通过弧形辊道的运动轨迹

摘要 为了能获得托盘通过弧形辊道时的精确运动轨迹,建立了托盘在弧形辊道中的几何运动模型,利用其几何关系和齐次变换推导出运动轨迹的分段函数,再运用MATLAB对其进行求解和曲线的绘制,此理论轨迹曲线与经传统加工反复修配后的导向条形状曲线比较吻合,因此为弧形辊道的导向条设计和托盘的动力学分析提供了理论依据。 In order to obtain the precise movement orbits of the tray on the arc-shaped roller,the geometry movement model of the tray on the arc-shaped roller is built. Then piecewise functions of movement orbits are deduced by using geometric relations and homogenous transform. Piecewise functions are solved and curves are drawn by using MATLAB. Those curves are consistent with the guide strip repaired repeatedly by the m traditional processing method. It can provide theoretical references for the design of the guide strip and the dynamic analysis of the tray.
