摘要
随着现代造型技术的发展,通过图形软件造型可以得到各种玩具模型,但目前造型的目的还主要用于设计三维形状效果图,很少进一步的利用玩具的三维形状信息。而本文是将CAD技术引入到了玩具设计中,通过三维激光扫描机将玩具鸭的三维形状信息采集下来,利用逆向软件Surfacer和Geomagic Studio交互使用对所采集的数据进行处理并重构曲面模型,进而导入Pro/E中生成三维实体,并进行曲面光顺性分析,从而进一步的改进、优化实体模型。然后通过Mastercam仿真软件,对玩具鸭进行仿真雕铣加工。
With the development of modern modeling technology,all kinds of toys model can be obtained by the graphics software,but at present,the purpose of modeling design is mainly used in designing 3D rendering shape instead of using the 3D shape information of toys. So this article introduces the CAD technology into toy design,collects 3D shape information of the toy duck by 3D laser scanner,uses the reverse engineering software Surfacer and Geomagic Studio to deal with the collected data and reconstruct the surface model,then imports the reconstructed surface model into the Pro / E to generate 3D entity and analyzes the smoothness of the surface,thus further,improves and optimizes the solid model. After that,simulation and carved milling to the toy duck are conducted by using the simulation software Mastercam.
