试验快堆栅板部件制造工艺研究

摘要 详细讨论了栅板部件的加工工艺,对栅板部件制造过程中的关键工序-塞块的组装焊接和栅板的组装焊接进行了论述,介绍了焊接工装的工作原理、结构,栅板部件组装和焊接的详细操作过程,焊接工艺参数等。由于栅板部件属于薄壁结构件,焊接变形难以控制,为了保证尺寸精度要求,需要钳工进行手工修整,介绍了钳工修整的操作方法、控制要求,以及如何检查修整后的工件是否满足设计要求。栅板部件加工的顺利完成,为今后类似零件的制造和进一步的工艺改进提供了借鉴。 China experimental fast reactor engineering( CEFR) is the national key experimental nuclear reactor project; my company undertakes the processing and manufacturing of the experimental fast reactor fuel assembly. In this paper,processing technology of grid components are discussed in detail,especially the block assembly welding and the grating assembly welding which are the key working procedures in the process of grid components manufacturing are discussed,and the working principle,structure of welding fixture,grid components assembling and welding process in detail,welding process parameters are introduced. Because the grid components are thin- walled structure,and the welding deformation is difficult to control,it needs a hand retouching to ensure the dimension accuracy requirement. In this paper,the operational approach and control requirements of the fitter finishing are introduced,as well as the methods of how to check whether the workpiece meet the design requirements. The successful completion of the grid parts processing would provide reference for the future similar parts manufacturing and further process improvement.
