手术室护理质量管理与法律意识的关系

Relation between nursing quality control in operation room and awareness of law

笔者报道手术室护理质量管理与法律意识的关系。认为手术室作为病人治疗的特殊场所,护理工作与法律的关系密切。手术室护理工作者必须学法、懂法,在护理行为中守法。在维护病人权益的同时,用法律保护自己的合法权益,避免医疗纠纷,维护正常的医疗秩序。

In this paper,the author clarifies the relation between nursing quality control in operation room and the awareness of law.She argues that nursing at the operation room as a special place is closely associated with law.The nurses and nursing administrators should study and understand laws and abide by them in nursing practice.While they have to protect benefits of patients,they also safeguard their legal interests in order to avoid conflicts between nurses and patients and preserve medical order.
