FIP传统集邮委员会评审研究班教程中“有关珍罕性问题的一些总体看法和意见”(下)

虽然对传统集邮展品的评分还没有(在《FIP专用评审规则》中)任何具体说明的细目,并且要考虑到上述这种运算也仅仅是为了引导,而不是实际使用,但是我们却可以把它看作是对已经评出(珍罕性)分数后的另外一种遵守规程的演练。为了使评审过程走向通用化,我们不妨使用另外可以为传统集邮展品分配珍罕性得分的演练,设想出品相和珍罕性30分中(珍罕性)20分的(如下)一个表格。

Although there has not been any specified breakdown of points for traditional exhibits,and considering that this exercise is only for guidance rather than actual use,we may look at other disciplines where the numbers have been assigned.In the interest of commonality of the judging process,we may assume that the figure of 20 of the 30 points for condition and rarity used by other disciplines may be assigned to rarity for traditional exhibit.
