广东省四会市中学生成瘾行为现状及相关性分析

Status Quo of the Students' Addictive Behaviors and Its Correlation Analysis in Sihui City, Guangdong Province

目的探讨广东省四会市中学生的成瘾行为现状,为制定干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法对该市5所学校的905名学生进行问卷调查。结果该市中学生尝试吸烟率为31.3%,目前吸烟率为9.0%;尝试饮酒率为66.7%,目前饮酒率为31.6%;网络成瘾发生率为9.0%。男生吸烟、饮酒和网络成瘾行为发生率均高于女生,中专学生吸烟(F=14.532,P=0.000)、饮酒(F=28.723,P=0.000)的行为发生率及每日平均上网时间(F=53.105,P=0.000)和游戏时间(F=41.890,P=0.000)均高于初中和高中学生。男生饮酒(OR=2.023)行为及女生吸烟(OR=4.103)、饮酒行为(OR=3.245)是网络成瘾行为的危险因素。结论中学生成瘾行为防治需要从吸烟、饮酒、网络成瘾等多个方面综合开展,对不同人群采取不同的措施,中专学生是成瘾行为防治的重点人群。

Objective To understand the status of students addictive behaviors in Sihui, Guangdong Province, to provide a scientific basis for the development of interventions. Methods Using multi-stage Stratified random sampling method, a questionnaire survey was conducted of 905 students from five schools. Results In this city, the incidence of students' trying smoking was 31.3%. The current smoking rate was 9.0%. The rate of trying drinking was 66.7%. The current drinking rate was 31.6% and the internet addiction rate was 9.0%. The incidence of boys smoking, alcohol consumption and internet addiction behaviors was higher than that of girls. The incidence of technical secondary school students smoking(F=14.532, P=0.000), drinking(F=28.723,P=0.000) was higher than that of the middle and high school students, and average daily rate of internet time(F=53.105,P=0.000), playtime(F=41.890,P=0.000) was higher too. The behaviors of boys drinking(OR=2.023) and girls smoking(OR=4.103), drinking(OR=3.245) were a risk factor of internet addiction behavior. Conclusion Prevention and treatment of addictive behaviors need carrying out comprehensively from smoking, drinking, internet addiction and other aspects of prevention and control measures. Different measures for the different groups of students, technical secondary school students are the focus of prevention and treatment of addictive behaviors.
