评估医院医疗队伍对新理念、新技术的需求,分析医院医疗队伍建立学习型组织的必要性与策略。
In this article, the author evaluated the need of medical staff in the hospital for new ideas and new technology. It also analyzed the necessity of building a learning-oriented organization among medical staff and its strategies.
