2013年平顶山市4县市居民伤害死因分析

Analysis of the Death Causes of Injury Among Residents of 4 Counties and Cities in Pingdingshan in 2013

目的了解2013年平顶山市居民伤害死亡水平及危害程度,为制定干预对策提供科学依据。方法选择平顶山市下辖的鲁山县、宝丰县、郏县和舞钢市的居民作为分析人群。死亡个案来自中国《居民死因登记信息系统》,按照ICD-10进行死因分类编码,用Death Reg 2005、Excel和SPSS软件统计处理。结果 2013年4县市报告死亡率为610.04/105,其中伤害死亡率为53.10/105,在各类死因中居第4位。居前5位的伤害依次为机动车交通事故(24.52/105)、自杀(6.27/105)、意外跌落(5.44/105)、意外中毒(3.69/105)和淹死(3.59/105)。全部伤害潜在寿命损失年数率为12.85‰,居各类死因首位。结论目前伤害已成为严重影响当地居民健康和生命安全的主要原因之一。机动车交通事故是首位伤害死亡原因,值得高度关注。

Objective To understand the level of injury deaths and damage in residents of Pingdingshan in 2013, in order to provide a scientific and theoretical basis for drawing up effective prevention measures. Methods Residents from Lushan County, Baofeng County, Jia County and Wugang City were selected as the subjects to analyze. The death cases were from The Death Cause Registration Information System. Causes of death were classified according to ICD-10 classification code. Statistical analysis was conducted by using Death Reg 2005, Excel and SPSS. Results It was reported that the death rate of the 4 counties or cities in 2013 was 610.04/105, in which the injury mortality rate was 53.10/105, ranking No. 4 in all kinds of causes of death. The top 5 injury causes were motor vehicle accidents(24.52/105), suicide(6.27/105), accidental fall(5.44/105), accidental poisoning(3.69/105), and drown(3.59/105); totally damage potential life lost rate was 12.85%, which was the leading cause of all. Conclusion Currently, injury is one of the most important risk factor for the residents' health and safety. The motor vehicle accident is the first cause of injury deaths, which worth particular concern.
