摘要
我国精神卫生服务发展30多年来,基础工作取得了长足的进展,但在人才培养与发展、参与疾病防治、相关机构联合等方面还存在一些薄弱环节。为此,从加快人才队伍建设、精神卫生服务与疾病防治需同步开展以及探索与健康教育结合的新模式3个方面给出建议,有效缓解我国当前精神卫生服务中的问题。
After the 30-year development of mental health service in China, the basic work has made considerable progress. But some weak links exist in the qualified-personnel training and development, the participation in disease control, and the cooperation of related institutions. Therefore, the article put forward advices from the three directions: the acceleration of the talent team construction, the synchronous development of health services and disease prevention of spirit need, and the new mode of the research and health education combination, so as to effectively alleviate our current problems in mental health service.
