摘要 目的评估金山区健康步道环境和设施状况,为指导健康步道建设提供相应的依据。方法采用方便抽样的方法在金山区内抽取小区、公园、广场、道路区域的健康步道进行调查;采用直接观察法对健康步道设施和环境情况进行观察;采用检测法对健康步道空气的PM2.5、PM10、CO2和负离子浓度进行检测。结果不同区域健康步道的PM2.5、PM10、CO2和负离子浓度无统计学差异;健康步道即时环境平均得分8.33分,不同区域健康步道即时环境评分有统计学差异(χ2=13.116,P<0.01);不同区域客观环境在长度、绿化、禁止机动车进入、休息场所和标识的多寡上有不同。结论调查的健康步道可用性好,规划设置相对合理,但为了促进居民使用健康步道,可从健康步道的环境、丰富相关硬件设施等方面进一步改进。 Objective To assess and understand the status quo of healthy path environment and its facilities in Jinshan District. Methods Using the convenient sampling method, the healthy paths in four points(communities, parks, squares, roads) were been selected for investigation. The combination methods of the direct observation and the field detection were adopted to survey. The detection test has been used at mainly four healthy paths, which included microclimate(temperature, air humidity) and air quality's indicators(PM2.5, PM10, CO2, the concentration of negative ions). Results There was no significant difference among air quality indicators(PM2.5, PM10, CO2, the concentration of negative ions) at healthy path with them of the district control point. The immediate environment score of healthy paths was relatively high; the average score was 8.33 points(ranged from 0 to 10). There was a significant difference among immediate environment score in different regions. The comprehensive situation of square areas' health paths was better than others according to the perspective of better seeing, security and abundance of facilities. Conclusion Healthy path among availability, planning and setting is good and reasonable. In order to promote the residents to use healthy path, he environment of health trails, abundant related hardware facilities should been improved.
