上海市某社区初中生考试焦虑干预的效果研究 被引量:3

Effect Evaluation on Test Anxiety Intervention Among Junior Middle School Students in One Community of Shanghai

摘要 目的了解心理教育和健康教育对改善初中学生考试焦虑的效果。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,随机抽取预初、初二两个年级的全部学生作为研究对象。开展为期两个月的综合干预后,对干预效果做出评价。结果基线调查时,干预组考试焦虑总得分、忧虑性得分和情绪性得分分别为40.24±13.54、15.10±5.96和16.88±6.15,对照组分别为37.38±12.06、13.82±5.18和15.72±5.44;效果评估时,干预组考试焦虑总得分、忧虑性得分和情绪性得分分别为40.08±13.02、14.97±5.88和16.73±5.89分,对照组分别为39.58±12.91、14.58±5.57和16.47±6.10分。男生和低年级学生的干预效果好于女生和高年级学生。结论心理干预和健康教育对改善初中学生的考试焦虑有一定的效果。 Objective To investigate the effects of psychological education and health education for improving test anxiety among junior middle school students. Methods All students of two grades in different junior middle school were recruited by cluster sampling in a community of Shanghai, they were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. After the intervention of 2 months, to evaluate the intervention measure. Results At the baseline survey, the total score, worry score and emotion score were 40.24±13.54, 15.10±5.96 and 16.88±6.15 respectively in intervention group, and 37.38±12.06, 13.82±5.18 and 15.72±5.44 respectively in control group. At the effect survey, the total score, worry score and emotion score were 40.08±13.02, 14.97±5.88 and 16.73±5.89 respectively in intervention group, and 39.58±12.91, 14.58±5.57 and 16.47±6.10 respectively in control group. The Intervention effect of boys was better than girls, low-grade students was better than high-grade students. Conclusion There was certain effect to test anxiety of psychological education and health education for junior middle school students.
