摘要
目的了解上海市某区初一学生的健康素养知识知晓情况,分析相关的影响因素,为更好地开展学生健康教育工作提供指导依据。方法采用整群抽样方法,抽取初一学生共429名,采用自行设计的问卷对其进行健康素养水平调查。结果学生健康素养知识知晓率整体较高,为72.2%,但读写姿势、眼与书本的距离知晓率较低(39.8%),蚊子能传播疟疾和乙脑及"OTC"的含义的知晓率尤其偏低,分别为2.9%和11.7%。结论应重视中学生的健康素养水平培养,使学生掌握系统全面的健康知识和技能,促进我国公民健康素养水平的整体提升。
Objective To investigate the status quo of health literacy among the first grade middle school students in one district of Shanghai and analyze the related influence factors, to provide the evidence for developing students' health education work. Methods Investigating the health literacy level for 429 students of the first grade middle school by cluster sampling method, using the self designed questionnaire. Results The awareness rate of whole health knowledge achieved 72.2%, but the awareness of distance between the eye and the book was low(39.8%), the awareness of mosquito can spread malaria and epidemic encephalitis B was 2.9%, the awareness of 'OTC' meaning was 11.7%. Conclusion Developing health literacy about middle school student should be pay attention, enabling them to master systematic knowledge and skills, promoting the overall development of health literacy.
