摘要
上海市杨浦区疾病预防控制中心探索如何在新形势下构建"职工之家",发展人文关怀,发挥心理疏导的积极作用。通过问卷调查方式,了解职工的内心感受,聚焦职工关注热点,满足职工切实需求。利用单位资源设立心理舒缓室、理疗舒缓室、妈咪小屋、职工休闲吧、职工书屋、健身廊等,给职工"家的感觉,家的温暖,家的依靠",促进职工身心健康。
Shanghai Yangpu District Center for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC) aimed to provide an inviting and supporting environment for its staff by intentionally offering amenities including psychological relaxation treatment, physical therapy, counseling, reading areas, fitness room and galleries, and so on. It is believed that staff can be better encouraged when they are both physically and mentally supported in this homely and worm setting. Questionnaire and survey have been done to learn staff's real concerns, personal interest and problems at work in order to better cater for their needs.
