新生儿脐血中酞酸酯类化合物(PAEs)暴露水平及其与新生儿生长发育的相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解上海市虹口区新生儿脐血中两种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)的暴露水平,初步探讨脐血中PAEs水平与新生儿生长发育的关系。方法收集上海市虹口区某二级综合性医院新生儿脐带血清,采用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)测定血清中酞酸二丁酯(di-n-butyl phthalate,DBP)和酞酸二(2-乙基-己基)酯[di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate,DEHP]的含量。采用Pearson相关分析和多元线性回归分析新生儿脐血DBP、DEHP含量与新生儿身长和体重的相关性。结果 172份脐血样品中,DBP检出9例,浓度范围ND(超出检出限)~12.82μg/L,中位数为4.49μg/L,检出率为5.23%;DEHP检出84例,浓度范围ND^53.10μg/L,中位数为10.66μg/L,检出率为48.84%。Pearson相关分析发现:新生儿身长与DBP含量呈负相关。多元线性回归分析经多项因素调整后发现,新生儿体重、身长与脐血中两种PAEs水平间无统计学意义。结论本次研究中新生儿脐血中检出DBP和DEHP,其可能影响胎儿的生长发育,建议减少妇女孕期PAEs暴露。 Objective To understand the level of two kinds of phthalic acid esters(PAEs) in the serum of umbilical cord blood, explore the relation between serum PAEs level and growth and develop of neonates. Methods The serum samples of 172 predelivery women were collected from a tertiary hospital in Hongkou District of Shanghai, GC-MS was used to detect the content of serum di-n-butyl phthalate(DBP) and di[2-ethylhexyl] phthalate(DEHP); the body height and body weight of neonates were recorded after delivery; pearson correlation and multivariate linear regression analysis were adopted to analyze the correlation between contents of serum DBP,DEHP and body height, body weight of neonates. Results The detection rate of DBP in 172 study objects was 5.23%, the maximum value and median of DBP were 12.82μg/L and 4.49μg/L, respectively. The detection rate of DEHP was 48.84%, the maximum value and median of DEHP were 53.10μg/L and 10.66μg/L, respectively. Pearson correlation analysis showed that DBP and body height of neonates appear in obvious negative correlation. Conclusion DBP and DEHP can be detected in the umbilical cord blood of neonates, and the serum contents of DBP are correlated with the growth and development of their neonates.
