上海市长宁区某中学学生戴镜情况调查

Survey on Wearing Glasses Among Students of a Middle School in Changning District of Shanghai

目的了解上海市长宁区中学生对正确佩戴框架眼镜知识的掌握程度,以及其使用眼镜的行为规范的情况。方法以上海市长宁区某中学戴眼镜的学生作为调查对象,采用随机整群抽样的方法,并采用自行设计的《中学生戴镜情况调查问卷》进行现场调查。结果学生近视镜片的平均度数为(-2.8±1.5)D,学生镜片度数越深,其戴镜频率也相对越高(P<0.05)。学生"单手摘戴眼镜"的行为习得率最高达到86.8%。24.4%的学生一般1年左右更换一副眼镜,在戴镜期间能够做到重新去医院或眼镜店验光从而调整眼镜度数的学生只占47.6%。结论中学生戴镜存在较多误区,应利用多渠道加强有关眼镜正确使用和保养知识的宣教力度。

Objective To investigate the knowledge and correct use of glasses among middle school students in Changning District in Shanghai.Methods Students who wear glasses were chosen by means of a cluster random sampling.A self-designed questionnaire was used in the investigation.Results The average degree of myopic lens was(-2.8 ± 1.5) D.The students who had higher degree of myopic lens wear glasses more frequently(P<0.05).About 86.8% of students took off their glasses with one hand,which was accounted for the highest rate among all the bad glasses-wearing habits.The proportion of students who replaced their glasses once a year was 24.4%,only 47.6% of the students would go to the hospital or the optometry store to readjust spectacles.Conclusion There are many misunderstandings and errors in wearing glasses among middle school students.In the future more efforts should be done to promote the correct knowledge and using of wearing glasses as soon as possible using different approaches.
