摘要
重性精神障碍患者肇事肇祸,伤害自身或者危害社会公共安全的现象时有发生。要杜绝此类现象的产生,健全防控网络,加大资金投入,完善服务网络,加大救助力度,加强《精神卫生法》精神卫生知识的宣传,加强精神卫生防治队伍建设,创建"医院—社区—家庭"一体化的护理干预模式非常必要。
Patients with serious mental disorders sometimes hurt themselves or jeopardize social and public safety.To decrease these kind of phenomenon,the author thought that it is necessary to improve the prevention and controlling network,increase capital investment,perfect the service network,intensify assistance,strengthen the knowledge propaganda of 'Mental Health Law',strengthen the resource building of mental health prevention and treatment,and create a 'hospital-community-family' integration mode of nursing intervention.
