宝鸡市农村社区老年抑郁情绪影响因素分析

The Analysis on Influencing Factors of Depressive Emotion Among the Aged in Rural Community of Baoji City

目的了解宝鸡市农村社区老年居民抑郁情绪现状及影响因素。方法采用整群随机抽样,通过抑郁自评量表(SDS)对568名农村老年居民进行集中问卷调查分析。结果被调查人群的SDS标准均分为49.38±6.10,抑郁情绪总阳性率为23.90%。多因素Logistic回归分析显示:健康状况、社交范围、家庭结构、经济状况、婚姻状况和文化程度对老年居民抑郁情绪发生有显著影响,OR值依次是4.690、3.614、2.297、1.816、1.641和1.308。结论农村老人抑郁情绪情况严重,影响因素比较清楚,需要开展综合性预防控制。

Objective To understand the status quo of depressive emotion and its influencing factors among rural community aged residents in Baoji. Methods By using cluster random sampling, 568 rural community aged residents were collected and surveyed by Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) in Baoji. Results The standard score of SDS of rural community aged residents was 49.38±6.10, and the total positive rate was 23.90%. Multiple Logistic analysis showed that states of health, social communication, family structure, economy, marriage, and education level(OR were 4.690, 3.614, 2.297, 1.816, 1.641 and 1.308 respectively) were influencing factors to aged depressive emotion. Conclusion The status quo of depressive emotion among rural community aged residents is serious, and its influencing factors is clear, and the comprehensive prevention should be developed.
