摘要 目的评价广西2012年碘缺乏病防治健康教育效果。方法采用问卷方式对小学生进行碘缺乏病防治知识知晓率的基线调查,并开展健康教育干预活动并评价干预效果。结果目标人群在实施健康教育干预后,小学生碘缺乏病防治知识知晓率从65.88%提高到88.87%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=1,684.828,P<0.01)。结论健康教育对提高病区群众碘缺乏病防治知识知晓率的效果明显,今后应继续加大健康教育力度。 Objective To evaluate the effect of health education on iodine deficiency disorders of Guangxi in 2012. Methods Baseline investigation on awareness of iodine deficiency disorders knowledge was conducted by a self-designed questionnaire for the program, intervention activities of health education for identified target population were carried out and the effect was evaluated. Results After the health education intervention for target population, the awareness rate of iodine deficiency disorders was increased from 65.88% to 88.87%, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=1,684.828, P<0.01). Conclusion Health education intervention improved the awareness of iodine deficiency disorders prevention and control obviously and should be continuously intensified in the future.
