摘要 目的了解黄浦区居民的健康素养现状,为制定健康素养干预策略提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群抽样的方法,抽取黄浦区15岁~69岁的居民1,734人进行问卷调查。结果黄浦区居民具备健康素养的比例为24.7%,具备基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为以及基本技能素养的人口比例分别为27.3%、33.0%和31.4%;具备6类健康问题素养的人口比例分别为科学健康观(62.3%)、传染病防治(17.2%)、慢性病防治(14.5%)、安全与急救(61.2%)、基本医疗(27.2%)和健康信息(50.4%)。结论黄浦区居民的整体健康素养处于较低水平,应结合重点健康问题开展有针对性的健康素养干预活动。 Objective To understand the status quo of health literacy among residents of Huangpu District, so as to provide the evidence for the policy development of health literacy intervention. Methods By using multi-stage stratified random cluster sampling method, 1,734 residents aged 15-69 years old were investigated in Huangpu District with the questionnaires. Results The overall level of health literacy among residents of Huangpu was 24.7%, the level of basic knowledge and concept, healthy lifestyle and behavior, and basic skills were 27.3%, 33.0%, and 31.4% respectively. The literacy level of 6 kinds of health problems with the scientific view of health, infectious disease prevention, chronic disease prevention, safety and first aid, basic medical service, and health information access were 62.3%, 17.2%, 14.5%, 61.2%, 27.2%, and 50.4% respectively. Conclusion The overall level of health literacy among residents of Huangpu is low. The targeted intervention strategies should be carried out among residents, especially for the key healthy question.
