An Analysis on Application of Abdominal Ultrasound Examination in Physical Examination

目的探讨腹部超声检查在健康体检中的应用价值。方法选择2012年6月1日—30日期间在靖江市人民医院进行健康体检的1,583例体检者的腹部健康情况进行整理和统计。结果脂肪肝、胆囊结石、肾结石、前列腺增生、肝囊肿、肾囊肿、胆壁息肉、肝血管瘤等疾病是发病率较高的腹部疾病。结论腹部超声以简便、无痛、快速的特点成为脂肪肝、胆囊结石等疾病的首选诊断方法,应作为健康体检的常规检查项目。

Objective To explore the application value of abdominal ultrasound examination in physical examination. Methods The physical examination data were analyzed from 1,583 people who had been carried out physical examination in The People's Hospital of Jingjiang from June 1 to June 30 in 2012. Results Fatty liver, gallstones, kidney calculi, hyperplasia of prostate, liver cysts, renal cyst, polyp of gallbladder wall, and liver hemangioma were the higher incidence of abdominal diseases. Conclusion Abdominal ultrasound has the features of convenience, painlessness, and fast speed, which can be the firstchosen diagnostic method of Fatty liver, gallstones, etc., and should be a routine examination in physical examination.
