上海市宝山区居民中医养生素养基线调查评价

Baseline Survey of Literacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Residents in Baoshan District, Shanghai

目的了解上海市宝山区居民中医养生素养现状,为制定相关干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段随机抽样方法选取调查对象,进行入户调查。结果判断、单选题方面看,88.8%的被调查居民知晓"足浴是较好的养生保健方法之一",25.9%知晓"要做到饮食养生,每个人都应该严格按照固定比例摄取营养",22.9%知晓简易养生保健方法的作用。5道多选题的知晓率均低于50%。不同性别人群在各判断题、单选题、多选题的知晓率差异上均不具有统计学意义;不同年龄段、不同职业水平人群在各单选题的知晓率差异上均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宝山区居民具有一定的中医养生素养,某些中医知识知晓程度较低,分类人群知晓情况差异较为明显,仍需进一步强化相关健康教育。

Objective To understand the current status of literacy concerning Traditional Chinese Medicine including health maintenance among residents in Baoshan District and provide basis for developing further intervening measure. Methods Household survey was carried out applying multi-staged stratified random sampling method. Results The questions of true or false and single choice indicated that among survey objects, 88.8% knew 'Foot bath is a good health care method', 25.9% knew 'Nutrients should be absorbed according to fixed proportion for health diet', and 22.9% knew 'the function of simple health maintenance practices'. Awareness rate of each of the 5 multiple choice questions were all lower than 50%. The awareness of different types of questions presented no difference between different gender while the awareness of the single choice questions showed significantly difference among different age groups and different occupational levels.(P<0.05). Conclusion The residents in Baoshan District owned certain level of traditional Chinese medicine and health maintenance literacy. The awareness of some specific Traditional Chinese Medicine knowledge was low especially among specific population groups. Further steps in health promotion were needed to reinforce the formation of related health literacy.
