广西来宾市科级及以上公务员对烟草危害的认识与态度调查

Cognition and Attitude on Tobacco Hazards Among Civil Servants with Section-level and Above in Laibin City of Guangxi

目的了解广西壮族自治区来宾市市直机关单位科级及以上公务员对烟草危害的认识及对吸烟的行为态度,为市政府推进控烟工作提供决策参考依据。方法采用普查的方法对广西壮族自治区来宾市市直机关单位科级及以上公务员共1,654人的吸烟状况进行调查。结果来宾市科级及以上公务员的总体吸烟率为29.02%,男性公务员的吸烟率为37.44%,女性公务员的吸烟率为1.55%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=185.757,Р=0.000)。92.7%的受调查者知晓主动吸烟与肺癌的发生有关系,不吸烟者的知晓率(94.63%)要高于吸烟者(87.9%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=22.671,Р<0.01)。89.4%的受调查者知晓被动吸烟与支气管炎的发生有关,不吸烟者的知晓率(90.55%)要高于吸烟者(86.7%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.417,Р=0.020)。83.9%的受调查者认为"吸烟成瘾是一种慢性疾病",41.8%的人认为"只能在家里某些地方吸烟",80%以上的人支持在医院、学校、公共交通工具、会议室、政府办公机构、工作场所全面禁烟。结论广西壮族自治区来宾市公务员吸烟率略高于全国水平,开展公务员控烟干预工作势在必行。

Objective To understand the perception and the attitude of civil servants with section-level and above at the affiliated agencies to Laibin City Government Guangxi, and provide a reference for the city government to promote smoking cessation strategies. Methods Totally 1,654 civil servants with section-level and above at the affiliated agencies of Laibin city government were surveyed. Results The overall smoking rate of civil servants with section-level and above was 29.02%. Male's smoking rate(37.44%) was significantly higher than female's rate(1.55%, χ2=185.757, Р=0.000). There were 92.7% of subjects who thought the lung cancer has related with active smoking, the awareness rate of non-smoker was higher than that of the smokers(χ2=22.671, Р<0.01). There were 89.4% of subjects thought that the bronchitis has related with passive smoking, the awareness rate of non-smoker was higher than that of the smokers(χ2=5.417, Р=0.020). There were 83.9% of subjects agreed that smoking addiction was a kind of chronic disease, and 41.8% subjects thought people can only smoke in some places at home, and over 80% of subjects supported of enforcement of smoking free in hospitals, colleges and schools, the government offices, conference rooms, transportation and other working places. Conclusion The smoking rate of civil servants in Laibin Is slightly higher than nastional average rate. It is necessary to carry out tobacco control intervention for civil servants.
