上海市虹口区2011—2014年娱乐场所女性性工作者监测结果分析

Surveillance Results Among Female Sex Workers at Entertainment Venues in Hongkou District of Shanghai During 2011 to 2015

目的动态监测虹口区娱乐场所女性性工作者艾滋病高危行为和艾滋病性病感染状况。方法采用多阶段抽样,2011—2015年连续4年对监测对象开展横断面血清流行病学调查,共计1,621人次。采集人口学特征、艾滋病防治知识、相关行为情况、血清学抗体监测信息等进行分析。结果监测对象以20岁~30岁为主,文化程度较低,多数在婚或有固定性伴,外省居多且流动性大。艾滋病防治知识知晓率为93.03%,但存在不同程度的高危性行为。83.22%的人曾接受过安全套宣传和发放以及艾滋病咨询与检测,28.50%接受过同伴教育;417人次在最近一年内曾经做过艾滋病检测并知道自己的检测结果,占25.72%。4年监测共检出HIV阳性4例、HCV阳性4例,阳性率均为0.25%;梅毒61例,阳性率3.76%。结论继续加大对该人群的监测及相关宣传干预力度,提高该人群性病艾滋病的筛查率,发现潜在的艾滋病性病病例,遏制艾滋病性病在人群中的扩散。

Objective To dynamically monitor the high-risk behaviors and prevalence of AIDS and STD of female sex workers(FSWs) working in Hongkou entertainment places. Methods A multi-stage sampling was applied to selected FSWs and collected their surveillance information from 2011 to 2015, including demographic characteristics, knowledge of prevention and treatment and related behaviors of AIDS, serological antibody lab results and so on. Results The surveillance population was dominated by the 20-30 years age group with lower education level, most of them were married or had regular sexual partners, mostly came from other provinces and changed their residing places frequently. Although 93.03% of them knew the AIDS related knowledge, they still had engaged with high risk sexual behaviors more or less. Of them 83.22% had received condom information and had taken AIDS tests; 28.50% had participated in peer education. There were 417 persons(25.72%)who had taken AIDS tests and were aware of their test results in the past year A total of 4 HIV positive, 4 HCV positive and 61 syphilis cases were reported in the past four years. Conclusions The AIDS and STD surveillance and intervention in FSWs should be enhanced, especially to improve the screening rate for this group which was important in finding positive cases and preventing the transmission of these diseases.
