Incidence and Complications of 2,097 Inpatients with Type-2 Diabetes

目的探讨2型糖尿病发病及并发症的情况。方法对上海市浦东新区人民医院2012年1月—2014年12月期间住院的2,097例2型糖尿病患者住院资料进行描述性分析。结果中老年是2型糖尿病发病的高峰年龄,有53.7%的患者出现了并发症。结论加强对糖尿病患者的健康教育,能减少或延缓并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the the incidence and complication of type2 diabetes. Methods A total of 2,097 patients with type 2 diabetes from Jan 1 2012 to Dec 31 2014 in the People’s Hospital of Pudong were analyzed. Results The peak of type 2 diabetes of incidence was in the middle-aged and elderly groups, and 53.7% of the patients had appeared complications. Conclusion Health education for diabetes patients should strengthened to reduce or delay their complications.
