摘要
目的分析健康教育路径在尿毒症患者护理中的效果。方法将2014年2月—2015年3月上海长征医院收治的110例尿毒症患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各55例。观察组应用健康教育路径对尿毒症患者实施护理,对照组接受常规护理。比较两组患者的健康相关知识知晓、遵医嘱行为及对护理服务满意度的情况。结果观察组患者在健康知识知晓、遵医嘱行为及满意度方面均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育路径是尿毒症患者提高自我护理意识及护理满意度的有效途径。
Objective To analyze the effect of health education path in nursing of uremia patients. Methods A total of 110 patients with uremia from February 2014 to March 2015 in Shanghai Changzheng Hospital were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. There were 55 people in each group. The patients in the observation group were given health education path nursing, and those in control group were given routine care. The health related knowledge, compliant behaviors to doctors, and satisfaction of care situation were been compared in two groups. Results The levels of health related knowledge, compliant behaviors to doctors, and satisfaction of care situation in the observation group patients were higher than in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Health education path is an effective way to improve self-care awareness for uremia patients and nursing satisfaction.
