摘要
目的了解常州市藏族学生绦虫感染现状以及防治知识知晓和行为形成的情况。方法采用整群抽样的方法对303名学生实验室进行检查,并自行设计问卷开展调查。结果常州市藏族中学学生绦虫感染率为1.65%,较2003年首次对该校学生调查的感染率14.72%有较大幅度下降。97.69%的藏族学生曾经有生食(半生食)牛肉史,有19.47%的学生表示很难做到不再生食牛肉。有31.02%的学生患上绦虫病后不主动就医。结论加强藏族学生健康教育宣传和卫生宣教,以降低绦虫病的感染率。
Objective To understand the status quo on tapeworm infection of Changzhou Tibetan students as well as knowledge and behavior about tapeworm for prevention and control. Methods With cluster sampling method, 303 Tibetan students were given laboratory examination and self-designed questionnaire survey. Results The tapeworm infection rate was 1.65% in Changzhou Tibetan students, and it had decreased substantially. Compared with the 14.72% in the 2003, which was the first time to investigate the Tapeworm infection among the school students, obviously, the infection rate has decreased substantially. The proportion of Tibetan students who had the history of eating raw-beef(rare beef) was 97.69%, and 19.47% of the students showed that it was hard for them not to eat raw beef. The proportion of Tibetan students who did not see the doctors after suffering from tapeworm was 31.02%. Conclusion The health education and promotion for Tibetan students should be strengthen to reduce the tapeworm infection rates.
