摘要 目的分析基层医疗卫生机构健康教育讲座开展现状及存在问题,并提出解决对策。方法结合昆山市健康教育工作月报表,对2013—2015年全市24个社区卫生服务中心的健康教育讲座实施情况进行现状分析和效果评估,了解健康教育讲座开展现状和存在的问题,提出问题的解决对策。结果近三年来,昆山市73%的健康讲座由具有初级职称的基层医护人员承担,二级以上医院以及中级以上职称的医务人员较少承担健康教育讲座任务。80%以上的讲座主题"大而泛",主题分配不均。结论基层健康教育讲座质量有待提升,要建立制度吸引更高水平的讲座传播者。同时,讲座开展前,需开展需求评估,讲座后开展效果评估,确保讲座的开展能有针对性,满足受众的需求。 Objective To analyze the status quo of health education lectures in primary medical institutions, and to put forward countermeasures. Methods The monthly reports from 24 primary medical and health institutions during 2013-2015 years were adopted for analysis and to evaluate effectiveness of health education lectures, and to propose suggestions to improve the quality of lectures. Results In the past three years, 73% of the health education lectures in Kunshan were undertaken by the health care workers with the primary professional title, while doctors from Secondary- and Tertiary-level hospitals and doctors with middle and high titles took less responsibility; 80% or more lectures were theoretic and unspecific; and data also showed that the lectures subjects could not fully meet the demands of the audience. Conclusion The quality of the health topics lecture needs to be improved, and we should establish regulations to attract more excellent lecture providers. Demands assessment and effectiveness evaluation should be carried out before and after the lectures in order to provide more effective health topics lectures.
