上海市宝山区罗泾镇外来务工者职业卫生现状调查

Survey About Status Quo on Occupation Health of Migrant Workers at Luojing Town of Baoshan District,Shanghai

目的了解上海市宝山区罗泾镇接触职业病危害因素的外来务工者的职业卫生现状,为开展职业病防治工作提供依据。方法对企业和外来务工者的职业卫生现状和需求进行问卷调查,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果本次共调查中小型企业69家,接触职业病危害因素的外来务工者1,355人。结果显示:职业健康检查率为48.5%,职业卫生知识知晓率为85.2%,劳动防护用品使用率为85.3%。结论罗泾镇职业健康检查覆盖率低,私营中小型企业是职业病防治工作的新重点。建议进行宣传培训,提高认识,加强干预指导和监督检查工作。

Objective To understand the status quo of occupation health of migrant workers at Luojing Town of Baoshan District in Shanghai, provide the basis for the development of prevention and control of occupational diseases. Methods The occupational health status and needs of the migrant workers were investigated by using questionnaire, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results Totally 69 small and medium enterprises were surveyed, and the number of migrants who were vulnerable to occupational hazard factors was 1,355. The results showed that the occupational health examination rate was 48.5%, occupational health knowledge awareness rate was 85.2%, and labor protection supplying use rate was 85.3%. Conclusion The occupational health inspection coverage of the town is low, and the small and medium enterprises in the private sector are the new focus of occupational disease prevention and control. It is recommended to perform propaganda and training to improve awareness and strengthen the supervision and inspection work.
