摘要
目的了解上海市青浦区居民健康素养现状及其影响因素,为提高居民健康素养水平提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法,在青浦区抽取1,800名15~69岁的常住居民进行问卷调查。结果青浦区居民总健康素养、基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为和健康技能的具备率分别为:5.43%、6.17%、11.67%和15.88%。结论青浦区居民的健康素养水平较低,提高居民的健康素养水平,是该区现阶段健康教育的工作重点。
Objective To understand the situation of health literacy and the main influence factors in Qingpu District of Shanghai, in order to provide basis for enhancing the health literacy level. Methods Multistage stratified cluster random sampling was applied, and 1,386 permanent residents in Qingpu were investigated with the questionnaire of health literacy. Results The overall level of health literacy was 5.43%, and the level in the three health-literacy-related aspects as basic health concept and knowledge, healthy lifestyle and behaviors, and health related skills were 6.17%, 11.67% and 15.88%, respectively. Conclusions The basic health literacy capacity among Qingpu residents is low. It is important to enhance the health literacy at present for the health education area.
