上海市长宁区开展“四双联动”社区健康咨询点服务模式的探讨

The Discussion About the Working Model of the “Four Ways of Cooperation” in the Community Advisory Points in Changning District of Shanghai

本文对目前设立于长宁区各个居民小区的社区咨询点的重要作用及现状特征进行分析,总结长宁区为了解决主要问题所制定的专项方案。按街(镇)居委定期更新年度咨询点设立情况,以及规范化建设和特色化建设双管齐下的工作模式,在"五个一"规范化建设基础之上,探索"四双联动"的健康服务新模式。通过规范管理,多方协作,不断推动咨询点提供良好健康服务的综合实力。

This paper briefly introduced the important role and the current characteristics of the community advisory points in the residential community. Specific topics were discussed including the efforts of making special plan to solve the main problems and update the points annually, the two working models of the standardization construction and the characteristic construction in Changning District. On the basis of 'five one' standardized construction, we explored the new model of health service of 'four ways of cooperation'. The aim of this paper was to provide good health services and improve the comprehensive strength of the advisory points through standardized management, and multi-collaboration so as to create a more convenient, more high-quality health services platform.
