Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations standard is the world recognized medical service. Patient and family education(PFE) is one chapter of JCI standard and plays an important role in hospital accreditation. This article applied JCI Philosophy and standard to standardize health education management and improved its quality and effect. Mode and experience of health education under JCI standard were summarized to provide guidance for clinical health education model.
