2014年上海市黄浦区学校教学环境卫生监督检查结果分析

Analysis on the Results of Health Supervision and Inspection of School Teaching Environment in Huangpu District of Shanghai in 2014

目的了解黄浦区中小学教学环境卫生状况及存在的问题,为卫生、教育部门指导学校改善教学环境卫生提供参考,促进教学环境卫生的改善。方法抽取辖区内44所中小学校普通教室教学环境进行监督检查。被抽取的学校,随机选择1幢教学楼,每幢教学楼随机选择1间供学生日常上课的普通教室进行监督检查。检查内容包括:课桌椅配置、黑板、教室采光和教室照明四方面。结果44所学校共抽检520项次,合格476项次,合格率为91.54%。其中,合格率较低的项目为黑板面平均照度、课桌面平均照度和窗地比,合格率分别为40.00%、75.00%和72.72%。讨论黄浦区中小学校教学环境需要进一步改善。要加大宣传力度,强化学校自律,定期与教育部门沟通协调,完善与疾控中心等部门的协作模式;卫生监督部门要加强监督检查,及时督促,并指导学校整改。

Objective To learn the health status and existing problems of teaching and learning environment in primary and secondary schools in Huangpu District,and to provide reference for the health and education departments to guide the school to improve teaching and learning environment,to improve the teaching and learning environment.Methods A total of 44 primary and middle schools in the area were supervised and inspected.Among each selected school,one teaching building was randomly selected,and subsequently one classroom was randomly selected to conduct regular supervision and inspection in terms of desk-chair configuration,blackboard,classroom natural lighting,and classroom artificial lighting.Results A total of 520 times of supervision and inspection items were performed among 44 selected schools,and 476 times were qualified,with the qualification rate of 91.54%.The blackboard average illumination,the desk average illumination,the glazing floor area ratio were found to be with low qualification rates,with 40.00%,75.00%,72.72%respectively.Conclusion The teaching environment of primary and secondary schools in Huangpu District needs to be further improved.Publicity efforts should be increased to strengthen the school discipline,communicate and coordination with the education department regularly,perfect cooperation with the Centers for Disease Control.Health supervision departments should strengthen supervision and monitoring,supervise and urge the school to rectify and reform in time.
