摘要
目的探索社区卫生中心护工社会化管理模式,以保障陪护质量,提升患者满意度,产生良好的社会效益。方法采用护工公司及护理部的双重管理模式,严格落实技能培训和素质教育,实行三级质量检查和考核方案,采用自行设计的满意度调查问卷,于实施双重管理模式前后进行比较分析。结果实施双重管理模式后,护工的照护技能考核合格率、患者及医护人员对护工的满意度与管理前相比明显提高。结论建立护工社会化管理与护理部监管的双重管理模式是卫生中心护工管理的新模式,提高了护工服务质量和患者满意度,为探索护工管理模式,健全陪护管理体系提供了依据。
Objective To explore the social management mode of workers in community health center,to ensure quality of care,improve patient satisfaction,and produce good social benefits.Methods By using the double management mode of care companies and nursing department,measures were taken,including strict implementation of skills training and quality education,and implementation of three-level quality check and examination scheme.Surveys were performed using self-designed satisfaction questionnaire before and after the dual management mode.Results There were significant improvements in care skills examination passing rate and medical staff satisfaction after the implementation of dual management mode.Conclusion A care social management and nursing supervision management mode are new modes of health care management centers,which improve the care service quality and patients' satisfaction,and help explore a new care management mode,and improve management system.
