国际医疗卫生机构认证联合委员会标准下的急诊患者健康教育效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Health Education in Emergency Patients Under the Standard of Joint Commission International on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations

目的对JCI标准下的急诊患者健康教育的效果进行评估。方法采取面对面访谈的调查方法,对急诊室患者进行调查和分析。结果急诊患者健康教育质量均分由2015年5月的84.15%提高到2016年3月的95.37%;患者健康教育满意度均分由82.39%提高到96.13%。结论应用JCI标准实施健康教育,能有效提高急诊患者健康教育质量和患者满意度,是目前较好的健康教育管理模式。

Objective To evaluate the effect of health education on emergency patients under the standard of Joint Commission International on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations(JCI).Methods The emergency patients were investigated by face to face interview.Results The quality of health education for emergency patients was improved from 84.15%on average from May 2015(95.37%) to March 2016;Patient health education satisfaction level was improved from 82.39%to 96.13%on average.Conclusion JCI standard should be used to implement health education because it can effectively improve health education for emergency patients and their satisfaction,and can be considered as a better management model for health education at present.
