深圳市社区居民中医养生保健素养及其影响因素研究

Survey of Literacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Residents in Shenzhen

目的了解深圳市社区居民中医养生保健素养水平,分析其影响因素,制定有针对性的社区中医健康教育干预策略。方法采用多层随机抽样的方法,抽取深圳市2个区4个社区的1020名社区居民进行中医养生保健素养现状调查。结果深圳市社区居民的中医养生保健素养水平为7.84%,社区居民健康生活方式和行为的掌握率依次高于中医养生保健理念与知识、常用养生保健内容与方法的了解率。其中,社区居民对体质养生保健知识、饮食养生保健知识的掌握水平相对较高,对养生保健信息的理解能力、养生保健理念、家庭适宜方法、日常起居养生保健知识次之,对情志与运动养生保健知识的掌握水平最低。社区居民中医养生保健素养主要受年龄、性别、文化程度、月收入等因素影响。结论深圳社区居民中医养生保健素养偏低,需通过提高居民获得中医健康信息的积极性、社区中医科普工作的效率和质量等方式提高社区居民的健康素养。

Objective To understand the status of literacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine of residents in Shenzhen to provide evidence for developing the health education and promotion measures of community. Methods A total of 1020 residents of 4 communities from 2 districts were selected by multi-stage random sampling and were investigated by questionnaires. Results The literacy level of Traditional Chinese Medicine of residents in Shenzhen was 7.84%. Healthy lifestyle and behavior was higher than concept and knowledge of health care in traditional Chinese Medicine and contents and methods of health care in common use. The residents of physical health care knowledge, diet regimen health care knowledge was relatively high, health care information comprehension ability, health care concept family appropriate method, the daily health care knowledge followed by the emotion and movement of health care knowledge was the lowest. Residents of traditional Chinese medicine health care literacy was mainly affected by age, sex, education and monthly income. Conclusion Literacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Residents is low in Shenzhen and should be improved by improving the residents' attitudes to obtaining Traditional Chinese Medicine health information and enhancing efficiency and quality of Chinese medicine science community work.
