2015年东莞市企业人员健康素养现状分析

Analysis on Health Literacy of Enterprise Staff of Dongguan in 2015

目的利用2015年东莞市居民健康素养监测数据,分析企业人员的健康素养水平,为制定企业人员健康素养促进相关政策提供理论依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法,在东莞市33个镇街(园区),抽取15~69岁的常住居民共6112人进行健康素养问卷调查,从中选择职业为"企业人员"者作为分析对象。结果 2015年,东莞市居民健康素养监测中,职业为企业人员的调查对象共1530人,其中,男性871人(56.93%),女性659人(43.07%)。企业人员总体健康素养水平为20.52%,其中,基本知识和理念水平为30.98%,健康行为与生活方式水平为23.01%,基本技能水平为29.02%。科学健康观、传染病预防、慢性病预防、安全与急救、基本医疗、健康信息健康素养水平分别是40.26%、27.25%、16.34%、62.68%、19.74%和32.81%。Logistic回归分析显示,区域和文化程度是东莞市企业人员健康素养水平的影响因素。结论东莞市企业人员的健康素养水平与东莞市居民健康素养整体水平基本持平。需通过区域健康促进项目进一步提高其健康素养水平。

Objective Using the health literacy monitoring data of Dongguan residents in 2015, this paper aims to analyze the level of health literacy of enterprise staff, so as to provide the theoretical basis for formulating relevant policies of health literacy promotion for enterprise staff. Methods By multi-stage stratified random cluster sampling, 6112 residents from 15 to 69 years old were selected from 33 urban areas and were investigated by using the questionnaire of health literacy in 2015. The data of residents who worked in enterprises were analyzed. Results A total of 1530 subjects including 871males(56.93%) and 659 females(43.07%) were investigated. The overall health literacy level of the staff was 20.52%, and the levels of basic knowledge and concept literacy, of healthy behavior and life style literacy, and of basic skills literacy were 30.98%, 23.01% and 29.02%, respectively. Health literacy levels of scientific view of health, of infectious disease prevention, of chronic disease prevention, of safety and first aid, of basic medical care, and of health information were 40.26%, 27.25%, 16.34%, 62.68%, 19.74%, and 32.81%, respectively. Logistic regression analysis showed that the regional and education level were the influencing factors of the health literacy level of enterprises population in Dongguan. Conclusion Results showed that health literacy level of Dongguan enterprise staff and that of Dongguan residents basically reached the same level. The regional health promotion project should be conducted to further improve the health literacy level of enterprise staff.
