Investigation and Analysis on the Status Quo About the Hearing Care Among the Medical Undergraduates

目的了解医学生自我听力保护状况及相关知识需求情况,分析其可能的影响因素,为开展听力保护健康教育工作提供依据。方法采用多阶段抽样法对某综合性大学711名医学生进行调查和分析。结果 711名医学生中,仅有249人(35.0%)表示在大学医学课程中学到了听力保护的相关内容,492人(69.2%)没有参加过任何听力保护相关教育活动。了解噪声危害相关知识的途径:50.5%通过网络,44.0%通过健康宣传资料,41.6%通过书报杂志。556人(78.2%)认为学校需要开展听力保护教育课程;14人(2.0%)知道75分贝以上的噪声可对人体产生危害,638人(89.7%)知道噪声会对人体听觉系统造成损害;639人(89.9%)认为远离发出噪声的声源是减少噪声危害最有效的措施;640人(90.0%)表示自己双耳听力均正常;32.1%的人报告近一个月有耳鸣、耳痛、眩晕,29.5%有耳闷、耳胀感,24.3%有听力下降的情况。结论医学生对自我听力保护缺乏了解和重视,听力保护相关行为存在健康危害性,应加强相关教育的有效性和针对性。

Objective To understand the current situation and knowledge about hearing care among the medico, and to provide a basis for promoting hearing care. Methods Stratified cluster sampling was adopted on the 711 medico in Hangzhou normal university, and analyzed the received data. Results Among 711 medical undergraduates, surveying 249(35.0%) undergraduates. did not learn the related content about hearing care in the classroom, 492(69.2%) of the undergraduates. did not attend the related activities about the hearing care. To understand the knowledge of noise hazards, 50.5% through the network related, 44.0% through the health publicity materials,41.6% through the books and magazines. A total of 556(78.2%) of them think that the need to carry out the teaching of hearing care; only 14(2.0%) know that more than 75 d B can be harmful,638(89.7%) know that noise can cause damage to the hearing system; 639(89.9%) think that being far away from the noise source is the most effective measure to reduce the noise hazard; 640(90.0%) reported that their hearing was normal; 32.1% reported themselves had earache, tinnitus, vertigo for nearly a month, 29.5% had ear fullness, ear swelling; 24.3% had hearing impairment. Conclusion Medico were lack of understanding and importance on hearing care, the related behavior of hearing care is harmful for health. The health education should be strengthened on the effectiveness and pertinence for the medical undergraduates.
