摘要 目的通过对2所高中学生平时和考前焦虑和抑郁情况的比较,探索考试对学生的心理影响,寻找对学生心理造成负面影响的因素,以期找到预防考试对学生心理造成负面影响的方法。方法通过面对面的问卷调查,用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)对患者进行评分并进行分析。结果 HAMA和HAMD分值都在正常水平,2所中学学生考前的焦虑和抑郁分值明显均高于平时,出现焦虑和抑郁症状的人数明显高于平时,女生尤其明显。结论考试对中学学生的心理变化存在明显的负面影响,使许多学生产生焦虑和抑郁症状,学校应在考前对学生焦虑情况进行干预,干预重点对象为女生。 Objective To compare the anxiety and depression in the normal day and before examination among two high school students, to explore the psychological effect of examinations on students, looking for factors has a negative impact on the students' psychology, to find ways to prevent the test has a negative impact on the students' psychology. Methods Through a face-to-face questionnaire, Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) and the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) score of patients were recorded and analyzed. Results HAMA and HAMD Score is all on normal level, two high school students who tested anxiety and depression scores were significantly higher than normal, the number of symptoms of anxiety and depression was significantly higher than normal, especially girls. Conclusion The psychological examination of changes among middle school students has obvious negative effects, so many students have symptoms of anxiety and depression, schools should intervene on students' anxiety in the exam, the focus of intervention for girls.
