Research Progress on Job Burnout of Long-term Care Staff in Pension Institution

本文阐述了国内外养老机构长期照护人员工作倦怠的研究现状,对该职业群体工作倦怠的主要危害、影响因素、干预措施以及研究工具的使用情况进行总结述评,指出了当前研究的成果和不足,以期为今后设计和开展相关实证研究提供有益的参考。

This article reviewed the research status on job burnout of long-term care staff in pension institutions at home and abroad, and summarized the evidence on main hazards, influencing factors, intervention measures and the use of research tools of job burnout in long-term care staff. It tells about the achievements and shortcomings, and provides useful reference for the future design and development of relevant empirical research.
