应用“在线视频微课堂”方式进行健康教育对中青年2型糖尿病患者代谢指标的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探索利用互联网通过"在线视频微课堂"方式对中青年糖尿病患者的管理效果。方法随机选择120名2型糖尿病患者,分为对照组、面授课堂组、在线视频微课堂组,每组各40例。按照临床规范进行糖尿病治疗的同时,两组糖尿病教育组分别采取面授和网络视频课堂方式进行糖尿病教育,研究起始和研究6个月后比较各组糖代谢指标、血脂的变化和对糖尿病知识、问题处理能力的掌握程度。结果面授课堂组和在线视频微课堂组患者的空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白下降幅度均大于对照组(P<0.01),两组糖尿病教育组之间没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。在线视频微课堂组对糖尿病知识和问题解决能力的掌握优于面授课堂组(P<0.01)。结论利用在线视频微课堂进行糖尿病教育可以有效帮助患者控制血糖,有助于糖尿病知识和问题解决能力的掌握,是一种有效的糖尿病教育方式。 Objective To understand the effect of online video micro-class on diabetes control among young and middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods A total of 120 patients aged 20-50 were randomly assigned to control group, face-to-face lecture group, and online video class group, and each group had 40 patients. In addition to regular treatment, two groups got diabetes education from lecture or online class respectively. FPG(fasting plasma glucose), Hb A1 c, total cholesterol, triglyceride, HDL, and LDL were tested at the beginning and 6 month of trial. Results FPG and Hb A1 c had more reduction in two groups receiving diabetes education(P<0.01), but there was no difference in FPG and Hb A1 c reduction between lecture group and online group(P>0.05). Patients in online group had more improvements in diabetes knowledge and problem solving ability than those in lecture group(P<0.01). Conclusion As an effective way of diabetes education, diabetes education with well-structured online video micro-class can help patients with type 2 diabetes in their glucose control and improving ability of selfcare.
