上海市某社区孕妇生殖健康和性健康相关知识和行为的调查分析

Investigation About the Knowledge and Behaviors of Reproductive and Sexual Health Among Pregnant 1 in One Community of Shanghai

目的掌握某社区孕妇对生殖健康和性健康知识的认知及相关行为,为更好地开展计划生育和生殖健康教育提供科学依据。方法自行设计调查问卷,对来社区卫生服务中心参加产前辅导的孕妇进行问卷调查。结果调查对象仅40%做过婚检,年龄越大、婚龄越长的孕妇做过婚检的比例越高。68.8%的调查对象婚后使用男用安全套进行避孕,70%的调查对象知道艾滋病在发病前在外表上和正常人一样。结论调查对象对生殖健康和性健康知识的掌握程度较高。但婚检率较低,应加强婚检的健康教育。

Objective To grasp the cognition and behavior of reproductive and sexual health knowledge in a community, to provide scientific basis for the better development of family planning and reproductive health education. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among the pregnant women who participated in the prenatal counseling in community health care center using self-designed questionnaire. Results Only 40% of the respondents received the pre-marital medical check-up and the old age and elder pregnant women had higher proportion of the pre-marital medical check-up. The proportion of respondents who used male condoms for contraception after marriage was 68.8%. The proportion of respondents who knew that the patients were like normal persons in appearance before AIDS onset was 70%. Conclusion The reproductive and sexual health knowledge levels are higher, but the premarital examination rate is lower. And the health education for premarital examination should be strengthened.
