Future Development Direction of Internal On-site Clinic in High School

学校医务室是教职员工及学生伤病第一就诊场所,在保障学校师生员工的身心健康方面占有重要的地位。本文以上海中学医务室为例,基于学校内设医疗机构的特点与要求,分析了随着教育国际化、现代化的深入,中学内设医疗机构未来发展的4个方向:服务专业化、管理精细化、视野国际化、理念现代化,以期为事业单位,特别是中学的医务工作者及管理人员提供参考。

School clinic is the first aid place for teachers and students in injury. It's very important for students and teachers' physical and mental health. Based on the characteristics and requirement of school on-site clinics, this article takes Shanghai High School clinic as an example, and analyzes the four directions of future development. It is found that with the depth internationalization and modernization of education, school clinic has four directions for the future development: specialized services, lean management, internationalization of vision, and modernization of ideas. The article aims to provide reference to public institution, especially to the high schools' medical staff and management.
