摘要
为了提高环氧树脂材料的绝缘性能,减少电气设备闪络事故的发生,利用纳米Al_2O_3对环氧树脂进行改性是一种行之有效的办法。本文研究了纳米Al_2O_3的粒径、含量以及偶联剂处理对环氧树脂绝缘材料直流闪络电压和介电常数的影响。结果表明:复合材料的闪络电压随纳米Al_2O_3粒径的减小和含量的增加呈现先增大后减小的趋势;纳米Al_2O_3的偶联剂处理使得复合材料的沿面闪络电压得到提升;复合材料介电常数的变化趋势与闪络电压相反。
In order to improve the insulating properties of epoxy resin materials and reduce the occurrence of flashover accident of electrical equipment, it is an effective method to use nano-Al2O3 to modify epoxy resin. In this paper, the effects of particle diameter, content, and coupling agent treatment of nano-Al2O3 on the DC flashover voltage and dielectric constant of epoxy resin composites were studied.The results show that with the decrease of nano-Al2O3 particle size and increase of content, the flashover voltage of the composites increases at first and then decreases. The coupling agent treatment of nano-Al2O3 can improve the flashover voltage of composites. The change trend of dielectric constant is opposite to that of flashover voltage.
