摘要
为了研究NO_2对复合绝缘子硅橡胶表面结构的影响,利用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、TG-DSC综合热分析法系统研究了NO_2作用下复合绝缘子硅橡胶表面化学结构和物理结构随反应时间的变化规律。结果表明:NO2会导致硅橡胶表面有机组分聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)的主链Si-O-Si断裂,侧链Si-CH_3氧化并生成少量亚硝基;同时老化过程中暴露出来的Al(OH)_3与NO_2反应生成Al(NO_3)_3,导致硅橡胶的热稳定性下降。
In order to study the effect of NO2 on the surface structure of silicone rubber for composite insulator, the variation of surface chemical and physical structure of silicone rubber for composite insulator with reaction time under the effect of NO2 were systematically investigated using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), scanning electron microscope(SEM),and TG-DSC comprehensive thermal analysis. The results show that under the effect of NO2, the main chain(Si-O-Si) in polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) is fractured, the side chain(Si-CH3) is oxidized and generates a small amount of nitroso group. At the same time, the aluminum hydroxide exposed during ageing process reacts with NO2 and generates aluminum nitrate, leading to the decrease of thermal stability of silicone rubber.
