石英基陶瓷化聚烯烃材料的制备与性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 以聚烯烃为低温陶瓷的基材,石英粉为瓷化剂,低温玻璃粉为助熔剂,纳米氧化铝为增强剂,制备了陶瓷化聚烯烃材料。重点考察了低温玻璃粉和纳米氧化铝添加量对陶瓷化聚烯烃材料力学性能、体积电阻率的影响,并对烧结后样品的膨胀率、弯曲强度、微观形貌等进行了测试和表征。结果表明:随着低温玻璃粉添加量的增加,陶瓷化聚烯烃的力学性能先增大后减小,体积电阻率逐渐增大;随着纳米氧化铝添加量的增加,陶瓷化聚烯烃的力学性能逐渐提高,体积电阻率逐渐减小。烧结后,陶瓷体的膨胀率随着低温玻璃粉添加量的增加先增大后减小,随着纳米氧化铝添加量的增加逐渐减小;陶瓷体的弯曲强度随着低温玻璃粉添加量的增加逐渐增大,随着纳米氧化铝添加量的增加先增大后减小。 A quartz-based ceramic polyolefin material was prepared using polyolefin as raw material of low-temperature ceramic,quartz powder as porcelain agent,low melt glass powder as flux,and nano aluminium oxide as reinforcing agent.The effects of the content of low melt glass powder and nano aluminium oxide on the mechanical properties and volume resistivity of the ceramic polyolefin materials were investigated,and the expansion rate,bending strength,and micromorphology of the materials after sintering were tested and characterized.The results show that with the increase of low melt glass powder content,the mechanical properties of the ceramic polyolefin materials increase at first and then decrease,while the volume resistivity increases gradually.With the increase of nano aluminium oxide content,the mechanical properties of the ceramic polyolefin materials increase gradually,while the volume resistivity decrease gradually.After sintering,the expansion rate of ceramic body increases at first and then decreases with the increase of low melt glass powder content and decreases gradually with the increase of nano aluminium oxide content.The bending strength of ceramic body increases gradually with the increase of low melt glass powder content and increases at first and then decreases with the increase of nano aluminium oxide content.
