摘要
基于IEC 60811-508:2017的热变形性能测试方法,采用控制变量法开展了电缆聚氯乙烯绝缘层的热变形试验,结合微观形貌观测,分析了温度、载荷等因素对聚氯乙烯电缆绝缘热变形性能的影响。结果表明:随着温度的升高、载荷的增大,聚氯乙烯电缆绝缘的热变形性能显著降低。
Based on the test method of thermal deformation performance given by IEC 60811-508:2017,thermal deformation tests were conducted on polyvinyl chloride(PVC)insulation of cable by control variate method.The effects of temperature and loading on the thermal deformation performance of PVC insulation were analyzed combining micro-morphology observation.The results show that with the increase of temperature and loading,the thermal deformation performance of PVC insulation decreases significantly.
