10 kV三相电缆插接式中间接头结构设计与仿真分析 被引量:3

摘要 为了解决现有电缆接头安装工艺复杂且受施工条件影响较大的问题,针对10 kV三相电缆提出了一种趋于一体化的阴-阳头插接结构的插接式中间接头设计方案。考虑到温度对材料属性的影响,对阴、阳头绝缘材料进行介电性能测试,并将所得介电参数温谱曲线代入电热耦合仿真模型中,经有限元计算得到中间接头的场强和温度分布。结果表明:接头内部最大场强出现在阴、阳头交界面处,但远低于绝缘材料的击穿强度;由于金具间的电接触,最高温度80℃同样出现在阴、阳头交界面处,但仍低于电缆长期运行的最高温度90℃,验证了插接式中间接头长期运行的安全可靠性。 In order to solve the problems that the installation process is complicated and is greatly affected by construction conditions for current cable joint,a design scheme of plug-in intermediate joint with plug-in structure of integrated cathode-anode head was proposed for 10 kV three-phase cable.Considering the effect of temperature on the properties of material,the dielectric property of cathode head and anode head materials was tested.The obtained dielectric parameter temperature spectrum curves were used in electro-thermal coupling simulation model,and the field strength distribution and temperature distribution of the intermediate joint were obtained by finite element calculation.The results show that the maximum filed strength in joint appears at the interface between the cathode head and the anode head,and it is much lower than the breakdown strength of insulating materials.Due to the electric contact between fittings,the highest temperature(80℃)also appears at the interface between the cathode head and the anode head,and it is still lower than the maximum temperature(90℃)of long-term operation for cables,which verify the safety and reliability of plug-in intermediate joint in long-term operation.
