注塑螺钉孔开裂滑丝故障的研究

在家电产品装配工艺中,注塑件之间的连接常采用自攻螺钉的连接方式,如果注塑螺钉孔在紧固后出现开裂、滑丝等的故障,则对产品质量有重大影响。本文综述了注塑件螺钉孔失效故障的特征、失效机理、影响因素和预防措施。

The joint between two plastic injection parts relies on self-screws mostly in the assembly technical,but if the screw hole come into being invalid,which will be a badly effect for the quality of products.This paper analyzes the reasons of the self-screws chapped and slip,and gives a solution of avoiding invalid,to improve the self-screws joint reliability.
