送风量对空调器凝露影响的试验分析 被引量:3

摘要 国家标准GB/T 7725中规定空调器的凝露试验中送风量的操作方法是"在不违反制造厂规定下调到最易凝露状态",那么,具体来说,"最易凝露状态"是指送风量最大的状态还是指送风量最小的状态呢?本文对送风量对空调器凝露的影响进行了试验研究,确定了空调器在蒸发器不同的制冷剂分流状态下,"最易凝露状态"对应的送风量状态。 It's stipulated in the national standard GB/T 7725 that the testing method of blowing rate of condensate control is 'fans shall be set to produce the maximum tendency to sweat,provided such settings are not contrary to the manufacturer's operating instructions'.However,does the condition 'maximum tendency to sweat' means the blowing rate is maximum or minimum in particularly? The influence of blowing rate to condensate control is researched in this paper,and the blowing rate corresponding to 'maximum tendency to sweat' situation in different refrigerant shunting of the evaporimeter is ascertained in this paper.
