摘要
通过对钣金件攻丝过程中的切削攻丝、挤压攻丝、模内攻牙等工艺方法及其特点进行了探讨,结果表明选择合适的攻丝方法,可得到可靠质量的零件攻丝孔以及大幅度的提高生产效率、降低生产成本。
Through the discussion on Cutting Tapping,tapping process of sheet metal parts in extrusion tapping,mould tapping process and characteristics of the method,results show that choosing appropriate tapping,tapping hole parts can get reliable quality and greatly improve production efficiency,reduce production cost.
